Comparing your life to others is quietly saying your life is not worth your full attention.
Not long ago, I look longingly at others and thought, "Why do I not have that?" Through mediation and yoga, I was able to truly discover that my mat and life deserved my FULL attention. Though our brains learn my comparing, sometimes we just need to accept where we are and what we have. This can cultivate a love of self, gratitude and appreciation for each moment. So stay in the present moment and live life with curiosity- leave judgment behind.
