What do you love most about Lake Hartwell Yoga?
The space is beautifully set up for yoga. As soon as I step in the front door my mind and body begins to relax. The space is conducive to physical, emotional, and mental wellness and finding comfort in the body.
What is the biggest change you have noticed since you started attending?
The biggest change I have noticed since starting Lake Hartwell Yoga is my balance. I’m also getting stronger and my neck and shoulders are less tense.
What is your favorite class?
I have enjoyed every class, however; if I had to choose one it would be the Saturday morning class. It sets the mood for a weekend of conscious relaxation and the release of unnecessary tension in the body and mind.

Authentic, Purposeful, Serene
What advice would you give to someone taking their first yoga class?
Acknowledge that trying something new is scary. Trust and listen to your own body. Don’t compare yourself to others. Let the instructor know that you are new to yoga so that they can offer you more verbal guidance.
